JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced ESG Reporting & Compliance Specialists for project-based consulting engagements. This flexible opportunity allows you to collaborate on high-impact regulatory reporting and sustainability disclosure projects while building your consulting practice through association with our brand and thought leadership initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, or regulatory compliance
  • Expert knowledge of major ESG frameworks: GRI Standards, SASB Standards, TCFD recommendations
  • Proven experience with regulatory compliance: SEC Climate Rules, EU CSRD, TCFD implementation
  • Strong technical writing skills with ability to transform complex data into compelling narratives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience coordinating assurance processes with third-party verification providers
  • Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills for investor, regulator, and executive audiences
  • Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional certifications: GRI Certified Professional, SASB Fundamentals, or equivalent sustainability credentials
  • Advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or Business Administration
  • Experience with integrated reporting and annual report development
  • Knowledge of emerging regulations: California Climate Disclosure laws, EU Taxonomy
  • Background in financial reporting, audit, or assurance services
  • Expertise in ESG data management platforms and reporting software
  • Industry experience in publicly traded companies or regulated sectors
  • Multilingual capabilities for international reporting requirements
