Silver Spoon is looking for an ESG & Supply Chain Environment Specialist to join our team in Peterborough. This newly created role is central to delivering our evolving ESG strategy, with a strong focus on environmental performance across our supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & ESG, you will lead the development and implementation of environmental standards beyond our manufacturing footprint, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with our sourcing and sustainability policies.
You will be responsible for mapping our supply chain and identifying environmental risks and opportunities across carbon, waste, water, and regenerative agriculture. This includes developing supplier standards, managing adherence, and coordinating data collection and reporting—particularly for Scope 3 emissions. You will also oversee ESG governance, including audit preparation, risk registers, and reporting processes, working closely with internal teams and external partners such as ABF and our suppliers. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong cross-functional engagement and the ability to influence and drive change across the business.
