QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Around 5 years of experience in the environmental sector and related consultancy services;
  • Studies: Degree in Engineering, Geology or Environmental Sciences;
  • Fluent in Italian (native speaker) and English (B2/C1);
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with particular attitude to team working and to build professional relationship with clients;
  • Team working attitude to proactively share knowledge, skills and ideas;
  • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad;
  • Excellent knowledge of the office package;
  • Knowledge of GIS software will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an ESIA & Environmental Permitting Consultant, you will join our fast growing Environmental Impact Assessment and Permitting team at Arcadis and have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging development projects in the domestic and international market. You will be working in a multidisciplinary and global team with particular focus on Energy Transition and have the opportunity to fast improve your professional skills and network.
You have previous industry experience and knowledge in project development, excellent attention to detail and goal orientation, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and project teams.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Contribute technical or project management in Environmental permitting procedures (EIA, VIA, AIA, AU);
  • Technical support/project management for Renewable Energy Projects; (Wind/Photovoltaic/Hydrogen);
  • Supporting the development of large and multidisciplinary projects with technical and/or project management role.
