JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a dedicated ESL teacher and confident individual with experience in teaching, administration, event coordination, and customer service seeking a dynamic role to leverage strong communication skills and passion for language learning.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging lessons on English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation while managing multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Assist students of varying ages and skill levels by adapting teaching methods to their interests and abilities.
• Create a blended learning system incorporating digital tools to enhance student engagement.
• Mange international accounts ensuring client satisfaction while expanding global markets through proactive outreach.
• Cultivate relationships with students, parents, clients, magazines, and influencers to boost brand visibility or educational outcomes.
• Create assessments including monthly progress tests; assign grades based on performance metrics.
