Job Title: ESL Instructor
Location: Canadian Aviation College – Overseas Partnership Program, China
Canadian Aviation College (BC, Canada) is seeking a qualified and dynamic ESL Teacher to join our overseas partnership educational program in China as a full-time instructor. This position involves teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to young adult learners.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required for work permit application).
• Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.

• Develop and deliver engaging daily lesson plans tailored to meet diverse student needs.
• Instruct students in reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, speaking/pronunciation, and other language skills.
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, evaluations, and progress reports.
• Submit weekly reports on student performance and attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
