JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated ESL Teacher to join our team on an independent contractual basis. The role involves teaching both online and in-person classroom sessions using pre-developed materials through D2L Brightspace. Teachers will focus on lesson delivery and student support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification (preferred)
• Experience with PBLA, CLB, and/or IELTS preparation (an asset)

Prior experience teaching ESL to diverse learners (online and/or classroom)

• Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills

• Deliver ESL lessons online and in-person using D2L content
• Facilitate interactive learning and support student engagement
• Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress
• Maintain professionalism and reliability as an independent contractor
