An opportunity is available for an ELL Teacher to support general education and ESL programs in an elementary K-12 setting. This contract position is for the current school year and is located in Zion, IL.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Education or a related field.
• Possession of a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement(s) or an Educator License with Stipulations (ELS).
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional delivery.
• Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively support English Language Learners.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Position Details:

• Full-time with 37.5 hours per week and 5 days per week.
• Elementary age group focus.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction to students requiring English language support within a general education framework.
• Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines and student needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure integrated learning experiences.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies accordingly.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with students, families, and staff.
