HRSD Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Design and implement automation solutions to improve HR processes and enhance user experience. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Conduct regular assessments of existing ServiceNow HRSD implementations to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and capabilities, recommending enhancements to existing solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD implementations and integrations. Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations, with a proven track record of successful projects. Strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems using various integration methods and tools. Proficient in designing and implementing automation solutions within ServiceNow. In-depth understanding of HR processes and functional domain experience. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. ServiceNow certification (CIS) in HRSD is highly desirable. Education and other skills Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)
