ITOM & ITAM, Custom Apps , EC and Risk Management Mandatory Certifications: CSA , CAD , Cusom Apps and EC Overview Hexaware requires a ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee ServiceNow Platform of a prominent global company that makes extensive use of native and custom applications in ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering. Required / Must Have Extensive Transition & Transformation experience with ServiceNow Platform, Employee Center Pro. Complete understanding of the EC Product from OOB features standpoint. Experience in taking requirements, understanding the gap/problem, and designing/providing optimum solutions. Leading & collaborating with the entire team internal (Internal Connect) as well externally (leading in front of customer). Effective collaboration with other ServiceNow consultants to work as a team. Technical expertise setting up ServiceNow integrations/ServiceNow API’s Experience in configuring Service portals.
Responsibilities
