Responsibilities

As an ESOL Teacher, you will:
✔ Deliver engaging ESOL courses (Pre-Entry to Level 2)—both on-campus and online.
✔ Teach groups of 15-20 learners, ensuring high attendance, retention, and achievement rates.
✔ Design tailored lessons focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
✔ Conduct one-to-one sessions to track progress and motivate learners.
✔ Complete administrative tasks, including lesson planning, marking, and progress reviews.
✔ Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to monthly meetings.
