Description Summary: As an ESP Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing electric submersible pumps (ESP) within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test ESP Pumps, following defined work instructions and using hand and power tools. Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure products meet standard operating procedures (SOPs). Safely operate automated high-pressure/high-voltage testing equipment. Assist with loading/unloading ESP equipment onto racks and transportation vehicles. Maintain a clean and safe work area, tools, and fixtures. Requirements Requirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence. Basic proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills. Capable of regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required. Must be willing and able to perform tasks outside of the normal job scope as needed. Must successfully pass a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process. EHS Requirements: Complete all work in accordance with safety requirements supporting the company's Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) goals. Engage in all environmental and safety training requirements consistently. Work Environment: Work primarily occurs in a heated and non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment. Hazards may include proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, and exposure to chemicals.
