Description SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Under general supervision, the ESP Order Fulfillment Technician is responsible for coordinating, preparing, and fulfilling ESP equipment orders. This includes verifying component accuracy, performing required testing, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and supporting shipment and receiving operations for ESP products. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Accurately pick, stage, and prepare ESP components and assemblies for customer and field orders. Verify order accuracy by cross-checking parts, serial numbers, and documentation against work orders and SOPs. Perform routine test and inspection procedures to ensure ESP equipment meets quality and performance standards. Safely operate automated high-pressure/high-voltage ESP testing equipment as needed to validate components. Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment to move and organize ESP inventory. Assist with the loading and unloading of ESP equipment for inbound receipts and outbound shipments. Maintain clean, organized fulfillment zones and ensure tools, fixtures, and materials meet safety and quality requirements. Support ESP assembly teams by contributing to the building or refurbishment of ESP components when required. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure seamless order flow and timely delivery. Train and assist new team members in ESP fulfillment procedures and safety practices. Requirements EHS REQUIREMENT: Perform all tasks in accordance with company safety guidelines and TRIR objectives. Support environmental compliance by following all applicable handling and disposal procedures. Complete all assigned EHS training and actively participate in safety programs. This position requires night shifts. POSITION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or GED required. Clean driving record required for employees operating company vehicles. 3–4 years of artificial lift or ESP handling experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret order documentation, SOPs, and technical instructions. Ability to create simple written correspondence and update order records as needed. Proficiency in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals). Basic proficiency with hand tools. Basic computer skills for inventory systems, order entry, and computerized test equipment. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to safely bend, kneel, reach, twist, and grip components. Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions. Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in an ESP service facility during normal or extended business hours, involving active interaction with warehouse, testing, and assembly areas.
