We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated ESP Project Electrical Supervisor to join our ESP Project Task Force. Based in Port Gentil, this role supports the ESP Electrical Engineer for Special Projects in overseeing the delivery, installation, and commissioning of ESP power supply systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in internalizing ESP installation activities, ensuring safe execution, and meeting project delivery timelines. Responsibilities Receive and verify ESP surface equipment (skids, VSDs, transformers, switchgear, etc.). Supervise the assembly, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of ESP skids. Provide technical support and VSD training to site maintenance teams. Identify and resolve non-conformities in ESP installations. Coordinate logistics and equipment supply from vendors to site. Ensure compliance with Assala’s HSSE standards during all project phases. Monitor and ensure timely delivery and commissioning of ESP systems. Qualifications & Experience Engineering degree with at least 8 years of experience, including 5 years in HV/LV electrical project supervision. Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in ESP installations using VSDs. Strong knowledge in: HV/LV electrical network design and sizing. Transformer and VSD commissioning for ESP systems. Maintenance of VSD equipment (Leroy Somer, TOSHIBA, SENSIA). Training and handover to maintenance teams. Technical Clearances B2T / H2T / BR / BC electrical accreditation. Proficiency in AUTODESK / AutoCAD. Familiarity with BT MUG, SAP, and MS Office tools. Skills & Behaviors Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Effective communication in both French and English. Ability to anticipate and resolve technical issues. Sound understanding of operational and business risks. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
