POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information System Engineering or related field
• At least three years as SAP FI consultant or responsible for FI module on S4 HANA is preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP ERP implementation and at least one full-cycle S4 HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred or similar industries.
• Strong experience in SAP S4 HANA Finance modules, such as:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Treasury and Risk Management (TR)
• Project System (PS)
• Controlling (CO)
• Knowledge of IFRS or US-GAAP and PERU-GAAP compliance requirements
• Experience with Fiori applications and SAP S/4 reporting tools
• Experience and familiarity with modern analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Certification in S4 HANA Finance or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience with SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP S4 HANA Finance modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the S4 HANA ecosystem.
• Provide expertise in areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO).
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Identify and resolve system issues, providing end-user support and training as needed.
• Assume full end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are executed with precision, timeliness, and alignment to business objectives.
• Support data migration and integration activities related to finance and accounting processes.
• Stay updated on S4 HANA functionalities, enhancements, and industry best practices.Prepare and deliver project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
