Job Description AECOM se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Especialista en Control Documentario para trabajar en sus oficinas en Lima, Perú. Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a: Gestionar y controlar las comunicaciones oficiales con el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MTC), PMO y Supervisión. Gestionar los entregables de diseño, monitoreando su estado y garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos contractuales. Asegurar el control de calidad de la ingeniería mediante la plataforma Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Gestionar y procesar de forma ágil grandes volúmenes de documentación técnica, encargándose de su carga y actualización en las plataformas ACC y Aconex. Coordinar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar una gestión fluida y eficiente de los procesos necesarios para cumplir con los entregables. Supervisar a los subcontratistas, brindando el soporte necesario para garantizar la correcta y oportuna entrega de sus documentos. Aplicar la taxonomía y estándares corporativos para estructurar, organizar y controlar eficientemente las carpetas de entregables del proyecto. Elaborar y actualizar planes, procedimientos, manuales y presentaciones de capacitación de los procesos de control documentario. Qualifications Requisitos mínimos: BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Requisitos deseables: BA/BS con 3 años experiencia en control documentario en proyectos de diseño e infraestructura. Dominio del entorno Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook y Visio), con capacidad para crear, editar, gestionar y compartir documentos de manera eficiente. Experiencia comprobada en el uso de plataformas de gestión documental como Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) y Aconex. Manejo de SharePoint a nivel usuario avanzado para la gestión, organización y control de información. Conocimiento de procesos de control documentario, estándares de calidad y gestión de entregables en proyectos de diseño e infraestructura. Gestión de grandes volúmenes de información. Nivel de inglés intermedio (lectura, escritura y comprensión de documentación técnica). Additional Information No está disponible la asistencia para la reubicación para este puesto.
