Esri Events Internship Join Esri Summer Internship Program Work with seasoned events professionals to support our 2026 Esri User Conference with 20,000 attendees. What You'll Do Join Esri’s Summer Internship Program on the Events team and gain hands-on experience supporting the 2026 Esri User Conference, the world’s largest gathering of geospatial professionals with over 20,000 attendees. Work alongside experienced corporate events professionals and contribute to high-impact projects. The projects interns work on vary including: Coordinating large-scale food and beverage programs Assisting with event content and agenda management Supporting sponsorship and exhibit programs Conference logistic management Requirements We look for students majoring in marketing, business, hospitality, events, communications, GIS, or geography and are currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program at a university in the United States; undergrads must be in junior or senior standing Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Able to complete a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2026 Strong writing and communication and research skills Experience with social media platforms is a plus Program Timeline Applications Accepted: September 2–December 31, 2025 at 5:00 pm PST Interviews: Students selected for phone interviews will be notified by email on a rolling basis October 2025–January 31, 2026 Internship: 12 weeks beginning in late May or June Compensation Statement: “The Company” Section: Our passion for improving quality of life through geography is at the heart of everything we do. The pay range for this internship takes into account education level and previous relevant work experience to include specialized skill sets. Interns who meet minimum qualifications during their internship may also qualify for 401(k) and profit share. A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $28.00 - $33.00
