Esri Inside Sales Internship Join Esri Summer Internship Program Join our Inside Sales team and gain hands-on experience working with other inside sales representatives, account managers and other staff to educate customers on the value of GIS while also using your technical skills. You’ll apply your skills to support Esri’s mission of helping organizations solve real-world problems through geospatial technology. What You'll Do As part of our sales growth & support team in our Redlands, California office, you will: Respond to inbound customer inquiries and generate new sales to fuel Esri’s growth. Support sales team by responding to leads through email, chats, and phone calls. Learn to identify sales opportunities and advance them forward in the sales process. Develop an understanding of how Esri technology addresses real-world business challenges. Requirements We seek students who are majoring in GIS, geography, or business or are obtaining an MBA and are currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program at a university in the United States; undergrads must be in junior or senior standing Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Able to complete a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2026 Have strong written and verbal communication skills Desirable students that will be graduating with a graduate or undergrad level degree by 2026. Recommended Qualifications: Knowledge of GIS and Esri products is a plus Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support if beneficial Program Timeline Applications Accepted: September 1–December 31, 2025 at 5:00 pm PST Interviews: Students selected for phone interviews will be notified by email on a rolling basis October 2025–January 31, 2026 Internship: 12 weeks beginning in late May or June Compensation Statement: “The Company” Section: The pay range for this internship takes into account education level and previous relevant work experience to include specialized skill sets. Interns who meet minimum qualifications during their internship may also qualify for 401(k) and profit share. A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $26.00 - $29.00
