QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in CMMS management and asset care projects.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and preventive maintenance methodologie
Responsibilities
  1. Project Co-ordination o Coordinate ESS resources on-site to ensure smooth project execution.
    o Develop and manage efficient project schedules.
    o Monitor and report on project KPIs monthly.
    o Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and ESS personnel on-site.
  2. Asset Management:
    o Maintain accurate and detailed asset records within the CMMS. o Implement and manage asset tagging to ensure traceability.
    o Classify assets into appropriate categories for effective reporting and management.
    o Conduct asset criticality assessments to prioritise maintenance activities.
  3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM & PdM):
    o Develop and manage PM and PdM job plans to enhance asset performance and reliability.
    o Continuously improve maintenance strategies using data insights and stakeholder feedback.
  4. System Optimisation:
    o Ensure the CMMS asset structure is logical, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
    o Regularly review and update the system to reflect changes in assets or processes.
  5. Documentation and Procedures:
    o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and compliance procedures.
    o Standardise procedures for asset tagging, classification, prioritisation, and maintenance planning.
    o Train staff on CMMS usage and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    o Stores Management:
    o Assist with as required the integrating and managing inventory and spare parts within the CMMS to ensure efficient stores management.
  6. Stores & Inventory Management
    o Support the integration and management of spare parts and inventory within the CMMS.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    o Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
    o Generate and present reports on asset reliability, system performance, and maintenance effectiveness.
  8. Collaboration:
    o Work closely with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to align CMMS functionality with business objectives.
    o Liaise with software vendors to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
