ESS are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for their customer site in Dublin. Overall responsibility will be the first point of contact for both ESS and the site with responsibility for the day-to-day performance and output and in alignment with agreed KPI’s.
The role will also include technical acumen, strong leadership capabilities to drive plant efficiency, team development and safety excellence.

Requirements:

• Background in Mechanical / Electrical maintenance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe work practices
• Experience of working within a high-volume production environment.

Note: Must be available to cover 24/7 shifts as and when required
