Your mission Hello and welcome to Sungrow! We are excited to introduce an opportunity for an experienced and motivated ESS Project Manager to support the successful delivery of Energy Storage System projects across Greece on a 1-year fixed-term contract. If you enjoy turning complex projects into tangible results while contributing to the energy transition, this role could be your next great challenge. Lead the end-to-end execution of ESS projects from project handover through commissioning and final acceptance. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are achieved. Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning while driving proactive issue resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual requirements, and health and safety standards. Provide regular project progress updates and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Your profile Sounds interesting, doesn't it? To thrive in this role and enjoy a successful journey with us, your background may look something like this: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proven experience managing utility-scale renewable energy, battery energy storage, electrical infrastructure, or similar technical projects. Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset. Greek language proficiency at C2 level and English at B2 level or higher. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Greece as required by project activities. Why us?
