Let's dive right in: Support the ESS Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Assist in preparing professional quotations, compelling presentations, and polished sales documents that represent Sungrow at its best. Conduct market and competitor research to help the team stay sharp, informed, and one step ahead. Maintain accurate customer information and keep CRM records up to date, ensuring our data is always clean and actionable. Coordinate internal communication across teams and diligently follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward. Now, to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for the long run, your ideal background should look a lot like this: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field - you're a learner at heart. First experience in a sales, commercial, or administrative environment is a plus (internships count!). Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a bonus. Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail - you don't let things slip through the cracks. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with great communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. English C1 proficiency is required; additional European languages are a plus.
