- High School Diploma or GED(Preferred)
- Two years clerical, office, or related experience (Preferred)
- Good computer and word processing skills (Preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school (Preferred)
- Familiar with FERPA (Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act) requirements (Preferred)
- Knowledge of IDEA regulations, and familiar with required IEP and MET components (Preferred)
- Solid organizational skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance card is required.
