Resumo: Dar suporte em diversas atividades pertinentes à área, tendo uma atuação generalista e com foco na aprendizagem. Principais atividades: Fazer elaboração de termo de Abertura de projetos e coletar assinatura dos aprovadores/participantes. Fazer acompanhamento de itens comprados com o setor de Compras. Realizar abertura de requisição de compras e estoque via sistema Datasul. Extrair relatórios de gerenciais de projetos via sistema Datasul. Auxiliar o time de engenheiros Palmy junto a rotina do departamento de engenharia, Cadastrar itens no Datasul. Solicitar materiais de escritório para o departamento de engenharia. Cumprir plenamente aos procedimentos e requisitos ambientais relativos à sua área de atuação. Entender o impacto da Política Ambiental e os indicadores sobre as suas atividades. Relatar qualquer anomalia identificada relacionada à gestão ambiental ao superior imediato. Competências Funcionais e Técnicas: Proativo, senso de responsabilidade, facilidade de seguir normas e procedimentos, analítico, facilidade de comunicação.
