We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Citian Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors while supporting administrative functions within the office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite; experience with Monday is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandarin Speaking is a plus
