• Oversee and manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression from sale agreed to completion.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to drive transactions forward
• Providing regular updates and support to clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Identifying and resolving potential issues quickly and professionally.
• Keep our CRM system up to date with the latest developments in each sale.
• Consistently work towards and meet monthly sales targets.
