Responsibilities:

• Value and market residential properties so they achieve the best price. Produce online listings and marketing materials and handle enquiries from potential buyers.
• Conduct property viewings across the LS and WF postcodes, presenting homes at their best.
• Negotiate sales, secure offers and guide transactions through to completion while ensuring all administration is completed.

Positions available:

• Self‑employed Property Consultant – commission‑only role. Consultants operating at full capacity can expect to achieve around £100,000 per year. Includes mentoring with an industry expert, industry‑leading training, software and support.
• Employed Property Consultant – competitive base salary with the security of an employed role, plus the opportunity to earn bonuses on commission. Includes mentoring, industry‑recognised qualifications and professional development.

Requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience preferred but not essential – we provide full training for motivated candidates.
• Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Knowledge of the Leeds and Wakefield property markets and ability to travel across LS and WF postcodes.
• Full UK driving licence.
