We are looking for somebody with Estate & Letting Agency experience to join our busy team on a part time basis working four days per week.

Key duties will include:

• Liaising with applicants and vendors and keep all parties updated regularly.
• Property viewings.
• Dealing with new leads.
• Negotiating offers.
• Sales progression.
• Continuously pushing to grow the business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer knowledge essential.
• Have own car and full UK licence.

The salary will be £26,000 on a pro rata basis and monthly bonuses are available on top.
