As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our sales operation, taking ownership of your pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and driving performance across valuations, listings, negotiations, and sales progression.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally at a senior or negotiator level
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A proactive, goal-driven attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities
  • Highly organised with excellent diary and time management
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple sales pipelines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure, especially during sales progression
  • Confident using CRM systems and property portals
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales process from property valuations to offer negotiation and successful completion.
  • Actively prospect and canvass to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Generate and carry out accurate property valuations to bring in new instructions.
  • Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms to attract potential buyers
  • Handle incoming phone, email, and walk-in enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Cross-sell related services including lettings, mortgages, conveyancing, removals etc
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve positive agreements.
  • Oversee sales progression, liaising with solicitors and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, listings, memorandums of sale ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
