REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE;

• Proven experience as a Valuer, Lister or a Senior Sales Negotiator who is ready to step up
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Local market knowledge (or the drive to quickly build it)
• Self-motivation, drive, and a positive, can-do attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

As a Valuer, you’ll be the face of the organisation in your area. You’ll carry out property valuations, build lasting relationships with customers, and help sellers get the very best from their move.
