WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsibilities will vary by role, but may include:

• Listing and marketing a targeted number of properties and services
• Generating new business leads and following up on enquiries
• Conducting valuations, viewings, and client appointments
• Negotiating property sales and securing new instructions
• Matching buyers or tenants with suitable properties
• Acting as the main point of contact between buyers and sellers
• Promoting additional services such as mortgage advice and conveyancing
