We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property and Estate and Digital Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial property portfolios including our online and digital platform initiation. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategically-minded individual with a background in sales, customer service, project leadership, and multi-site operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors / Masters /MBA (International degrees considered, however experience, where the property markets and practice are similar to UK)
• Experience managing diverse portfolios with transferable customer service and compliance skills
• Exposure to UK-based or international real estate operations
• Eligibility to work in the UK or meet visa sponsorship criteria.

• Oversee operations of residential or mixed-use properties, including lettings, facilities, tenant engagement, and contractor management
• Lead and supervise on-site teams ensuring high service standards and cost efficiency
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to reduce void periods and attract quality tenants
• Monitor lease agreements, rent collections, arrears, and tenancy compliance
• Support the integration and operation of our online estate agency platform, including managing online listings, client accounts, digital marketing, and CRM tools
• Track and report performance metrics (views, conversions, tenant satisfaction, etc.)
• Ensure a seamless user journey on the platform and resolve client issues promptly
• Collaborate with marketing and IT to enhance visibility and digital reach of the portfolio
