Responsibilities include: Sorting, organizing, and handling a lifetime of belongings with care Packing and unpacking items thoughtfully Helping resettle clients into their new homes in a way that feels familiar and comfortable Preparing items for donation, sale, shipping, or disposal Photographing and listing items for online auctions using a smartphone Staging and organizing homes for estate sales or move preparation Assisting with estate sales and auction pickup days Supporting clean outs to prepare homes for listing Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Communicating in a positive, respectful way with clients, families, and team members Treating all client belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality Every day is different, but the one constant is that you are helping people. A Quick Note: This is active, hands on work and it is not always easy.
