Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Impact Officer to join our successful in-house Homes Plus Neighbourhoods team on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Must be numerate and literate to a good standard
  • Ability to identify risks and act appropriately in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to tackle difficult situations with confidence.
  • Commitment to customer care
  • Ability to organise work and work on own initiative to achieve targets/goals
  • Experience of working with internal and external partners to resolve issues
  • Good IT skills – competent in the use of general IT systems and spread sheets
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use
