JOB SUMMARY:

London Habitat Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team in North West London. You’ll be the face of the business for applicants and landlords, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth letting process. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service (preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in lettings (required)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Confident, professional, and customer-service focused
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Additional languages are an advantage

• Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Provide accurate, up-to-date property information
• Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
• Prepare tenancy agreements and support move-ins
• Build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Contribute to marketing strategies and property promotions
• Stay informed on rental market trends and compliance requirements
