EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, ideally with a focus on estate law
• Proven track record managing diverse estate law cases
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills
• Effective negotiation and advocacy capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
• Knowledge of relevant statutes and estate law regulations
• An existing client base is considered a significant asset

• Represent clients in estate matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and litigation
• Conduct detailed legal research and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
• Draft pleadings, wills, legal correspondence, and other key documents
• Negotiate settlements and manage communication with opposing counsel
• Maintain accurate case documentation and manage confidential client information
• Provide empathetic, clear guidance to clients throughout the legal process
