Estate Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and management of a large and diverse complex located in South Dublin, comprising residential apartments, commercial units, and carparks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the complex is well-maintained, safe, and efficiently run, while providing a high level of assistance to both Residential Managers and Commercial Managers who are already in place.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A qualified Facilities/Estate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, ideally within a mixed-use (residential, commercial, and public) environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with tenants, contractors, and the general public.
• Proven leadership, coordinating and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies or urgent situations.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and energy management is a plus.
