East Midlands and North East Regions (Please note, this role requires regular travel across both regions.)

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in estates or facilities management, ideally in a healthcare or multi-site care home setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property maintenance, compliance standards, and building systems.
  • In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and inspection frameworks (CQC, HSE, etc.).
  • Sound financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and contractor relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams across multiple locations.
