THE ROLE

As Estate Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, from routine maintenance and staff supervision to budget management and tenant relations. You’ll ensure the highest service standards are maintained, aligned with the company’s luxury brand values. This hands-on role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to respond swiftly to the unique demands of a high-profile estate environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day property management, ensuring exceptional standards are always maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance, refurbishment, and building works.
• Lead a team and collaborate closely with internal departments and external contractors.
• Liaise regularly with Managing Directors and Clients to ensure transparency and smooth communication.
• Manage estate budgets, financial reporting, and CAPEX planning.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety.
• Lead property operations during client visits and ensure a seamless experience.
• Provide written reports and operational plans as required.
• Implement and enforce risk mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and professionalism among team members.
