WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To join our Estates team, we’re looking for someone with:

  • a qualification at Level 2 of the Regulated Qualification Framework;
  • relevant and significant housing experience;
  • the ability to solve complex problems to achieve positive outcomes;
  • an understanding of the issues affecting individual Vico Homes tenants and the wider community;
  • evidence of a customer focused approach to service users; and
  • excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and managers.

This post requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout the district on a daily basis. You will also need to be available to attend out of hours meetings, occasional Saturday working, participate in out of hours call out and emergency planning procedures.
