KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Practical skills in routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

As an Estate Operative at Pinnacle Property Management, you will:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the estate.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing litter.
  • Manage waste disposal processes, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and recycling procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and communal areas to identify and report any maintenance issues.
  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing repair works carried out by external contractors.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and report any hazards or risks.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as leaks or power outages, and take appropriate action to mitigate damage.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and accounted for.
