EXPERIENCE AND HARD SKILLS (MUST HAVE):

• Highly experienced with Revocable Trusts, able to pinpoint issues when drafting and call them to atty’s attention;
• At least 3-4 years of experience working in Estate Planning

SOFT SKILLS:

• Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to the details;
• Proactivity and reliability are your forté and you are proud of it;
• (You are) not afraid to ask questions in ANY and all gray areas;
• Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities.

EDUCATION:

Associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred (years of experience in the practice area will be considered)
