Description:
EXPERIENCE AND HARD SKILLS (MUST HAVE):
- Highly experienced with Irrevocable Trusts, able to pinpoint issues when drafting and call them to atty’s attention;
- At least 5 years of experience working in Estate Planning
SOFT SKILLS:
- Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to the details;
- Proactivity and reliability are your forté and you are proud of it;
- (You are) not afraid to ask questions in ANY and all gray areas;
- Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities.
EDUCATION:
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred (years of experience in the practice area will be considered)
