What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead and manage estate works and development activities across PAS regions. Ensure alignment with Defence infrastructure strategies and compliance standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate development projects on time and within budget. Support planning, procurement, and execution of estate works programs. Provide expert advice on estate development to senior leadership. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in estate development and infrastructure management. Strong understanding of Defence estate planning and compliance frameworks. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting for infrastructure projects. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.
