Salary: £30,881 – 34,745 (per annum)

Location: Crewe
We are seeking an Estates and Facilities Supervisors to join the team at our busy and vibrant Crewe campus. This is an excellent opportunity to support in the provision of a quality support service for learners, visitors, customers and staff.

KEY PERSON SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Level 2 qualification in a building trade, or equivalent;
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths;
  • Relevant experience of supervising maintenance work;
  • Relevant experience in a property/built environment related discipline;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Appropriate level of digital literacy; and
  • Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities
  • Support fully always the College’s values, aims and objectives;
  • Supervise the College’s building services staff on a day-to-day basis;
  • Supervise external contractors to ensure that they are providing value for money and high levels of work quality;
  • Co-ordinate planned preventative maintenance systems and remedial works in line with budget allocation; and
  • Promote the welfare of children and young people.
