OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Estates Compliance Officer to join our team and lead on all aspects of estate-related statutory compliance, contract management, and health and safety. This is a pivotal role ensuring that the school consistently meets its legal obligations while maintaining our facilities to the highest standards.
As Estates Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), managing contractor relationships, coordinating internal compliance checks, and supporting health and safety training across the school. You will also assist in the development of asset management strategies and contribute to long-term capital works planning.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with:

  • Proven experience in estates or facilities compliance, ideally within a school or public sector environment.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and current health and safety legislation.
  • Confidence in managing contractors and engaging with internal teams.
