We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Contract Assistant to join our team in Oldham on a part-time, 21-hour per week, 7-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will provide a service for a portfolio of estate contracts and community lettings by progressing service requests, raising orders for estate services, and responding to queries within agreed timescales. You will provide contract performance feedback, raise orders accurately for work and budget monitoring, and handle invoice queries in accordance with TGP Financial Regulations. You will also ensure contractors represent Guinness on-site, reporting issues such as minor repairs, fly-tipping, and safeguarding concerns. Working closely with Customer Liaison Teams, Facilities Management, and Estate Contract Officers, you will help manage community asset lettings, conduct service reviews, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and legal obligations.
