Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Prepare, review, and process Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documents
  • Assist with probate and estate administration, including drafting applications, affidavits, and court forms
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and government agencies
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized client files in both electronic and paper formats
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and memoranda
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, court procedures, and Law Society requirements
  • Provide general administrative and legal support to the team
