SALARY OF £28,523 IS FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT; SALARY FOR FOUR DAYS IS £22,818

A vacancy has arisen within our Estates Team for a part-time member of staff to work four days each week, days by agreement. As part of the Estates Team, the Estates Maintenance Operative will carry out a broad range of routine and planned landscaping/gardening, porterage, and maintenance across the whole site. The role covers shared ‘On Duty’ work every other weekend, and this time is taken as Time Off in Lieu the following week by arrangement with the Estates Manager.
