Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of a Trust-wide estates function, applying expertise in estates and facilities management, capital delivery, and strategic asset planning to support safe, sustainable, and effective healthcare environments. Ensure Trust-wide compliance with all relevant statutory, legislative, and regulatory requirements through highly technical oversight of engineering services and infrastructure, acting as the Responsible and Authorised Person across critical systems. Lead projects from inception to completion, managing highly complex construction and engineering schemes. Develop, implement and review Trust-wide estates and compliance policies, including those that enable delivery of long-term infrastructure and decarbonisation goals.
Provide robust internal and external audit and assurance for estates compliance, risk management, performance, and policy implementation across the Trusts estate portfolio.
