The team deliver estate management and stewardship services (including our new Estate Caretaker Service), property alterations in line with the Birmingham Estate Design Guide, and guidance to a wide range of customers living, working and visiting our estate in line with the Birmingham Scheme of Management.

You will lead a team responsible for the management of our Birmingham estate, including ensuring that property alterations are managed effectively and efficiently and in line with the homeowners transfer documents and Design Guide that are in place. This role will see you manage property records, management of property alterations and estate management and working with customers to ensure we are delivering excellent services. As a key member of the Estates and Stewardship Leadership Team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a highly regarded service with the opportunity to shape these services and continue the legacy of one of the country’s longest established stewardship models.
