We are looking for an experienced Estates Supervisor to lead a small team of operatives while delivering hands-on estates and grounds maintenance. You’ll play a key role in making sure our village is safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained for our residents, their families, our staff and all visitors.

• Leading and coordinating a team of estates operatives and external contractors
• Creating and overseeing maintenance and grounds schedules within budget
• Personally delivering general and specialist estates work, including groundskeeping and facilities maintenance
• Ensuring all buildings, fixtures, equipment, and external areas are well-maintained and hazard-free
• Monitoring and testing alarm systems and responding to emergencies as needed
• Managing stock levels, equipment upkeep, and safe chemical handling (COSHH)
• Supporting seasonal maintenance tasks including snow clearance and irrigation
• Maintaining compliance with all health and safety procedures
• Supervising and developing your team using RVG’s development framework
• Creating an inclusive, values-driven environment across the estates function
